В Якутии начали работать медицинские чаты для помощи пациентам

С 1 марта 2023 года жители Якутии смогут воспользоваться прямым каналом коммуникации с медицинскими организациями. Повысить качество и доступность медпомощи призван новый федеральный проект «ЗдравКонтроль».

Проект реализуется при поддержке Минздрава России, Росздравнадзора и Общественной палаты РФ с использованием средств, предоставленных Фондом президентских грантов. В 2022 году проект был представлен в 18 регионах страны, а с 2023 года уже в 34 регионах.

Основная цель проекта «ЗдравКонтроль» – повышение качества и доступности государственной  медицинской помощи для населения. В мессенджере «Телеграм» для жителей созданы медицинские чаты, в которых они смогут оставлять свои обращения и задавать справочные вопросы, а также получать ответы от представителей медицинскими организаций в течение двух часов.

«Медчаты – это современный и удобный формат работы. Мы сразу поддержали проект, ведь он позволяет решать проблемы пациентов в максимально короткие сроки. Мы делаем все, чтобы медицина в Республике была максимально доступной и качественной для наших граждан», − отметила министр здравоохранения Якуии Лена Афанасьева.

«Создание медчатов, как прямого канала связи жителей и представителей медорганизаций, подтверждает, что региональная власть готова слышать и быстро решать проблемы жителей. «ЗдравКонтроль», несомненно, поможет в этом, а также повысит правовую грамотность жителей и снизит количество необоснованных обращений в адрес медорганизаций», — прокомментировал руководитель проекта «ЗдравКонтроль», член Общественного совета по проведению независимой оценки качества условий оказания услуг медицинскими организациями при Минздраве России Евгений Мартынов.

Основные вопросы, которые жители смогут решить благодаря обращениям в медчаты – это проблемы: записи к врачу, вызова врача на дом, получением льготных лекарств, нарушением этики и деонтологии, навязыванием платных услуг, отсутствием направлений на консультации и обследования, а также любые справочные вопросы и др.

В чатах нельзя получить консультацию по лечению и назначению лекарственных препаратов, наличию лекарственных препаратов в аптеках, работе скорой медицинской помощи, вопросам экстренной госпитализации и постановке диагноза.

Созданы два медчата: «Якутск. Здоровье», и «Саха. Здоровье». В чат «Саха. Здоровье» подключены все мед организации, кроме тех, что территориально находятся в городе Якутск. Мед организации, которые территориально находятся в г. Якутске будут отвечать на обращения граждан в чате «Якутск. Здоровье».

Написать обращение в медчаты можно ежедневно с 08:00 до 20:00, с понедельника по субботу.
